Laura Crouch, LCSW
Laura focuses on various specialties that cater to the unique challenges faced by her clients. She is commited to maternal mental health, ensuring that expectant and new mothers receive the support they need during this transformative period. Additionally, Laura works with individuals to foster a healthy work/life balance, helping them navigate the demands of their personal and professional lives. Her expertise extends to treating generalized anxiety, empowering women to manage their symptoms effectively. With a keen understanding of the complexities of life transitions, Laura provides compassionate guidance for those facing significant changes. Currently, she is enhancing her skills by completing her training in perinatal mental health therapy, further solidifying her commitment to supporting women's mental health during the perinatal period. Through her work, Laura strives to create a safe space for healing and growth.


Todd Ray, LCSW-R, BCBC, CNC, CPT
Todd is a dedicated psychotherapist with a focus on enhancing mental health and weight wellness through ketogenic and metabolic interventions. As a board-certified bariatric counselor, he offers both individual and group therapy for bariatric patients, guiding them toward healthier lifestyles. His qualifications as a certified nutrition coach and personal trainer through NASM enable him to incorporate vital education on nutrition and exercise into his therapeutic practices, providing a holistic approach to client care. Todd also specializes in treating borderline personality disorder (BPD) using individual and group dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), along with Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for clients dealing with complex trauma and PTSD. Furthermore, he employs Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to support his clients’ diverse needs, ensuring a comprehensive and empathetic therapeutic experience.


Raymond Taylor, MSW Intern
Raymond, a high school science teacher at Port Byron, has made the significant decision to shift his career path. While he has enjoyed educating the next generation and fostering a love for science, he feels a strong calling toward social work. This new journey will lead him to become a psychotherapist, where he hopes to make a meaningful impact on individuals' mental health and well-being. Raymond believes that his background in education has equipped him with valuable skills in communication, empathy, and understanding diverse perspectives. As he prepares to embrace this new chapter, he is excited about the opportunities that await him in the field of social work, aiming to help others navigate their challenges and foster resilience. This transition signifies not just a career change but a commitment to making a positive difference in the lives of those he will serve.
